Capgemini Retail Solutions developed a SAP cloud based on blade servers powered by the Intel® Xeon® processor 7500 series. This enabled the organisation to run the solution across two data centres with a failover regime, minimise time for infrastructure expansion, provide tremendous potential in terms of scaling up to meet growth requirements and deliver a performance increase of 1.8 times compared to its previous system.
