I had purchased a DG41TY Motherboard along with an Intel Core2Quad processor; the current thing which annoys me a lot is the connectivity area, I am not able to connect to Internet, it continuously shows "No connectivity". Intel's Intelligent ppl must provide a solution for this asap, plzz.

Have you installed all the drivers for the motherboard? You should have received a CD with the motherboard with the drivers. You can also download the drivers from our web site: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Desktop+Boards&ProductLine=Intel%c2%ae+4+Series+Chipset+Boards&ProductProduct=Intel%c2%ae+Desktop+Board+DG41TY&ProdId=3030

 

Take a look in Device Manager. Does it show a yellow bang against the network controller? If so this could confirm it is a driver issue. As above - check if you have installed latest driver for your operating system.

 

If you are using a wired connection and drivers all installed OK - check the lights on the socket on the back of the board - do they show you have a connection to your hub or router? Do they show any activity?

 

If you are using wireless - does the wireless driver or utilities that come with out tell you how good your wireless signal is?

 

To help further - I guess we'd need to know what OS you are using and whether you are connecting wired or wireless.
